LML Construction did excellent work in a timely manner. We were so pleased with the work they did for Story Library in 2023, that when another project came up in 2025, we went back to them. Our primary project was new concrete sidewalk, but Lucus helped us work through some drainage issues in the process with a simple, direct plan and the final outcome is exactly what we wanted.

I had the pleasure of working with Luke from LML CONSTRUCTION, LLC on a brick project, and I couldn't be more impressed.
My husband and I are having a new house built for us. We had a battle with the contractor who wanted.to install Versetta stone where we needed rock accents. I stood firm demanding a stone mason for the fireplace. My husband thought Versetta Stone (easy to install rock-like paneling) insisted on and installed by the contractor would be OK on the exterior of the house. It was horrid. We went with cultured stone on the fireplace with Luke Moen and it’s breathtaking. It’s less expensive than real stone, but still looks so real. Luke also created a custom mantle for us and perfect rock hearth. And then we had him tear out the Versetta stone on the exterior, and install the cultured stone there also. It was a very expensive lesson (paying for Versetta stone and it’s installation and then paying to have it tore out… we stopped the contractor before all of it was used, and when we tried to return the Versetta stone that was still wrapped up in its shipping packaging the building company Knecht refused to take it back because they said the company that produces it won’t accept it shipped back to them because it’s so fragile it breaks in shipping. It’s junk.) It was about a $6000 loss, but still so worth it because what Luke did makes the house so much more attractive, comfortable and valuable.
